Initial Consultation
This free initial consultation last about an hour. We can do a phone or video call to explain the Surrogacy process and our Program. We will also send you in email with further information as well as a Intended Parent Questionnaire to get a better sense of who you are and what you are looking for in a Surrogate.
Matching Process
Our team will take the time to get to know each potential Surrogate and create a profile once they are accepted into our program. You will receive a profile for a gestational carrier that best represents what you are looking for. If you decide to move forward, we will schedule a video call, allowing you to connect, share about yourselves and ask questions. Someone from our agency will also be present to facilitate the call. After the call, if both parties agree to work with each other, you are considered matched!
Medical Clearance
We will send the gestational carrier’s medical records to be reviewed by your IVF clinic that you have chosen. She will have to be medically evaluated at the IVF clinic, the screening involves several medical tests and procedure to help the IVF doctor determine if the potential Surrogate is in good health and safe for her to proceed.
Legal Clearance
After receiving medical clearance by our IVF clinic, we will notify the attorney’s and have the Intended Parents attorney begin the drafting of the legal contract. The gestational carrier is also represented by her own attorney. All parties will review and sign the legal contract.
Medical Process
Once legal clearance has been received, the IVF clinic will create a calendar with tentative appointment dates, medication, and tentative Embryo Transfer date. Each IVF doctor has their own protocol for success. Verification of pregnancy is done via blood test. An ultrasound will also be done to confirm pregnancy via heartbeat.
